Family Self-Sufficiency - FSS Program Current participants in the Section 8 Voucher Program may be eligible to participate in our Family Self-Sufficiency Initiative. Here, Voucher holders can receive technical assistance and counseling aimed toward bettering their economic status and hopefully becoming self-sufficiency. Our program is currently full!
